Jing Long Seafood Restaurant started off as a humble zichar stall at a coffee shop in Bedok in 1999.

Over time, we developed a steady stream of regular patrons who loved our signature dishes like Hong Kong-style Pork Ribs, Caipo Toufu, Ya Fang, Sea Cucumber With Duck, and Salted Egg Crab. As word-of-mouth got out and attracted new customers, we also came out with new dishes like Scallop And Bagua With Banana roll, Green Chilli And Garlic Steamed Fish, Deep-fried Pig Trotters and Fish With Thai Sauce.
